How consent is requested
KPW Ventures LLC obtains express verbal consent during onboarding and scheduling calls before sending SMS messages. A representative reads this script:
“May KPW Ventures LLC send you text messages about meeting confirmations and reminders, onboarding, scheduling, and client-service updates? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, or contact info@kpwventures.com. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.kpwventures.com/privacy and our Terms at https://www.kpwventures.com/terms. Do you agree to receive these messages at the mobile number you provided?”
Affirmative consent and recordkeeping
The client must affirmatively agree. KPW records the mobile number, consent date and time, representative’s name, and affirmative response in the client’s record before sending messages. Silence or refusal does not constitute consent.
Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional, and you may communicate with KPW by email instead.
What the messages cover
This campaign covers client-service communications only: meeting confirmations and reminders, onboarding notifications, scheduling changes, and service-related updates. It does not send promotional messages or messages to purchased lists.
Privacy and assistance
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to provide the messaging service on behalf of KPW Ventures.
